This one-month program is designed for Registered Nurses and Nursing Assistant graduates of Athena Nursing Care who are preparing for deployment to Germany or Austria. It focuses on clinical integration, European healthcare protocols, and workplace readiness. Participants will gain hands-on familiarity with hospital systems, patient care standards, and legal expectations abroad—ensuring they are fully equipped to deliver safe, competent, and compassionate care from day one.

The Onboarding Program equips Filipino nurses and nursing assistants with the practical skills, cultural competence, and systems training needed for smooth integration into European healthcare institutions. Designed specifically for deployment to Germany or Austria, the program ensures that participants can confidently begin work in hospitals or care homes from day one.
