Who can apply to become an Assistant Nurse in Germany through Athena Nursing Care?

What is the structure of the 2-year course?
The program is a 2-year face-to-face course aligned with German standards and includes:
- German Language Training (Levels A1 to B1)
- Theoretical instruction in nursing, geriatric care, physiotherapy, and related subjects
- Hands-on practical training in both simulated and real care environments
When do classes begin?
Start of Classes: August 4 (tentative)
Classes are conducted onsite (face-to-face) to ensure quality and practical training.
What are the tuition and other fees?
Tuition Fee:
- Course Duration: 2 years (4 semesters)
- Enrollment Fee: PHP 5,000 (in-house applicants) | PHP10,000 (regular applicants) (non-refundable)
- Miscellaneous Fees: May apply (e.g., ID, training materials)
Enrollment Guidelines
Initial Requirements (for qualification):
- Qualifying Fee: PHP 500
- Photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
- Photocopy of School Report Card
- Two (2) pieces of 2×2 ID picture (write name at the back)
Once qualified, the applicant must submit original and photocopy of the following:
- PSA Birth Certificate
- Form 137 and Form 138 (for SHS graduates)
- High School Diploma
- Transcript of Records (for college graduates)
- College Diploma (if applicable)
- Certificate of Good Moral Character
- Valid Passport
- 2×2 ID Picture (write name at the back)
- Updated Resume
- Medical Certificate (may be submitted later if not yet available)
Is there a qualifying exam?
Yes. A qualifying exam is required to assess readiness.

Do I need to know German before enrolling?
No. German language training is part of the curriculum, starting from A1 up to B1 level, which is the minimum requirement for employment in Germany.
